• Your preferred date and time for a conversation

We collect this information only when you choose to submit the booking form.

Information collected automatically

This website is a static site hosted by Vercel. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Bethink does not use tracking cookies and does not run web analytics on this website. The website does not build a profile of you or track you across other websites.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When fonts load, your browser contacts Google’s servers, which may receive your IP address. No cookies are set for this purpose.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through the booking form to:

• Respond to your booking request
• Schedule and prepare for your advisory conversation
• Contact you about your booking and arrange payment
• Keep a reasonable record of conversations we have provided

We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.

4. How Your Booking Information Is Processed

When you submit a booking request:

• The information is sent to a secure server function on this website.
• A provisional (“tentative”) calendar event is created in Bethink’s Google Calendar, including a Google Meet link.
• A confirmation email is sent to you, and a copy is sent to Bethink, using Google’s Gmail service.

This means your booking information is processed and stored within Bethink’s Google Workspace account. Google acts as a processor of this information on Bethink’s behalf.

5. Third Parties

We rely on the following third-party service providers:

• Vercel: website hosting
• Google: calendar and email services used to process and store booking requests, and Google Fonts used to display the website’s typography

Each provider operates according to its own privacy and security policies. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Serving the website over encrypted (HTTPS) connections
• Limiting access to booking information to Bethink
• Relying on reputable providers (Vercel, Google) that maintain enterprise-grade security

No system is completely secure. If a breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as required by POPIA.

7. Data Retention

We keep your booking information for as long as necessary to provide and follow up on the advisory service, and to keep reasonable business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to any legal retention requirements.
