1. Purpose
This policy governs the use of social media in relation to Bethink (Pty) Ltd. It applies to Bethink and to anyone who engages with Bethink’s social media presence.
2. Official Channels
Bethink’s official social media accounts are clearly identified with Bethink branding. We are not responsible for content posted on unofficial accounts or on accounts that impersonate Bethink.
3. How Bethink Uses Social Media
On its official accounts, Bethink will:
- Share its own thinking, articles, and updates
- Respond to general questions about its services
- Direct detailed or confidential enquiries to email (garth@bethink.co.za)
- Not disclose any client’s or enquirer’s personal information on social media
4. Engagement Guidelines
When interacting with Bethink on social media, please:
- Be respectful and courteous
- Do not post offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
- Do not share false or misleading information
- Do not spam or engage in excessive self-promotion
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Do not share confidential information

- Content you post remains your property.
- By posting on or engaging with Bethink’s pages, you grant Bethink permission to view, respond to, or reference your content.
- Bethink may remove content that violates these guidelines.
6. Privacy on Social Media
- Be mindful of the personal information you share publicly on social media.
- Do not share sensitive or confidential information through public posts or direct messages.
- Our Privacy Policy applies to any personal information collected through social media.
7. Moderation
Bethink reserves the right to:
- Remove comments that violate these guidelines
- Block users who repeatedly violate this policy
- Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities
